Payment: All fees for online/offline coaching programs must be paid in advance through the designated online payment portal. No refunds will be given once the program has begun, except in cases of extraordinary circumstances as determined by OPUS PVT LTD.
Attendance: It is the responsibility of the student to attend all sessions and complete any required coursework. Absences may affect the student\’s performance and progress in the program.
Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, notes, and assignments, are the intellectual property of OPUS PVT LTD and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
Confidentiality: Any personal or confidential information shared by students during the course of the program will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any third parties.
Termination: OPUS PVT LTD reserves the right to terminate a student\’s enrollment in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or misconduct. In such cases, no refunds will be given.
