Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their enrollment in an offline/online coaching program at any time by contacting OPUS PVT LTD in writing. Any fees paid for the program will be refunded according to the following schedule:
- If the program has not yet begun: Full refund minus a processing fee of INR 1000
- If the program has begun but is less than 50% complete: 50% refund
- If the program is more than 50% complete: No refund
Cancellation by OPUS PVT LTD: In the event that OPUS PVT LTD cancels an offline/online coaching program, students will be offered the option to enroll in a similar program or to receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Refunds: Any refunds due to students will be processed within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
