Shipping: All physical materials, including books and study guides, will be shipped to the student\’s provided postal address within 7 business days of the start of the program. OPUS PVT LTD is not responsible for any delays or damages in shipping.
Delivery of Study Material: Offline materials, including lectures and assignments, will be made available to students through the designated offline/online platform within 7 business days of the start of the program.
Tracking: OPUS PVT LTD will provide tracking information for all shipped materials to the student\’s email address.
International Shipping: International shipping may be available at an additional cost. Interested students should contact OPUS PVT LTD for more information.
Returns: Physical materials may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus any shipping costs, as long as they are in their original condition. Returns must be approved by OPUS PVT LTD in advance and must be shipped back at the student\’s expense.
